Library visibility and sharing options: default private or default shared

With the release of Onform version 3.0.4, a new option exists for the default sharing of a workspace library. Previously, all libraries were private by default. This version now creates the option of having the library be default shared. This means that any video or file recorded or imported into the library can be seen by ANY member of the workspace immediately, without having to explicitly share the video (long pressing the thumbnail and tapping share).

Change the default sharing behavior of any workspace library

Normally, in most 1:1 coach/athlete relationships, a 'default private' library is useful as it allows the coach or athlete to record multiple videos and then be selective on which ones are shared. This has always been the behavior of the library feature within Onform. By selecting 'default shared', any video is visible to any member of the workspace as soon as it is recorded or imported into the library and backed up to the cloud (cloud icon in lower right corner of thumbnail).

Using a default shared library is VERY useful when multiple coaches or people within a workspace are interested in the videos being recorded by ANY member of the workspace. Often, the athlete won't actually be invited to join the workspace. Any video uploaded into that athlete's workspace by any coach is immediately visible to any other coach without having the video be explicitly shared.

Some cases where 'default shared' is extremely useful:

Physical Therapy: Multiple therapists each with their own account might want to see any patient's videos without having to always explicitly share the video to other therapists.

Teams or Camps: When multiple coaches are working with multiple athletes, each coach can record video of the athlete and all coaches can see all videos.

Academies: With mulitiple coaches working with individual athletes, all coaches can share a single athlete workspace and contribute videos to be seen by all.

This new way to share videos makes it incredibly easy to share videos with multiple people simultaneously and provides a simple way to communicate amongst a group of people.
