Accepting an Invitation

When you receive an invitation from a coach, it is accompanied by a URL (a link). Clicking this link will launch your existing Onform app installation or prompt you to download the app. It will appear similar to this: "https://invite.getonform.com/eR8B". The last 4 case-sensitive characters also act as the invite code. If the link is not able to be clicked, you can copy the URL into a Chrome browser to accept the invitation or you can download the app and use the "Enter invite code" option in the app.

Accepting the invitation using a web browser: https://app.getonform.com/

Option 1 - I do not have an Onform account

Launch the Onform web app and select "Enter invite code".

Your invite code is the last four, case-sensitive characters in the invitation URL: "https://invite.getonform.com/eR8B".

Tap on "Enter invite code" and enter "eR8B"

You can now create an account by using a Google, Microsoft, or Apple ID.

** Once this invitation has been accepted, it will no longer be active or can be used to access your account.

Option 2 - I already have an Onform account

Click the invitation URL or enter it into a Chrome browser directly. Simply sign into your existing account, select the appropriate ID type, and accept the invitation connection.

Accepting the invitation using an iOS device

Click on the Invitation URL:

Option 1 - You will be prompted to download the Onform app, create an account, and accept the invitation request.

Option 2 - I have already downloaded the Onform app

Launch the Onform app, tap on the "+" icon, and select "Enter invite code".

Your invite code is the last four, case-sensitive characters in the invitation URL: "https://invite.getonform.com/eR8B".

Tap on "Enter invite code" and enter "eR8B"

You can now create an account by using a Google, Microsoft, or Apple ID.

** Once this invitation has been accepted, it will no longer be active or can be used to access your account.

Accepting the invitation using an Android device

Android users can only create an account once they accept an invitation from a coach. Currently, Android users are not able to create an account without first being invited.

Option 1 - I have already downloaded the Onform app

Launch the Onform app and select "Enter invite code".

Your invite code is the last four, case-sensitive characters in the invitation URL: "https://invite.getonform.com/eR8B".

Tap on "Enter invite code" and enter "eR8B"

You can now create an account by using a Google, Microsoft, or Apple ID.

** Once this invitation has been accepted, it will no longer be active or can be used to access your account.

Option 2 - I already have an existing Onform account

Click the invitation URL or enter it into a Chrome browser directly. Simply sign into your existing account, select the appropriate ID type, and accept the invitation connection.

Accept an invitation while logged into your existing Onform account on all devices

On your Home screen, simply tap the "+" icon and then tap "Enter Invite Code".
