New Coaching Tiers and Pricing Plans

Onform will offer 3 new tiers of coaching subscriptions as described in the table below starting April 6, 2026. The prior "Coach" package will be converted to the 'Coach Standard' package automatically, but prices for existing customers will not change until next year. To repeat: Pricing for existing subscribers with an active paid subscription as of April 6, 2026 will not change for 1 year until April 6, 2027.

1. When are these changes happening?

All new plans and pricing take effect on April 6, 2026.

2. Why is Onform changing its pricing?

To better match how coaches and athletes use the platform today and offer plans tailored to different needs. It's also been 6 years since we've changed pricing and this will accommodate for some higher costs to provide our service.

3. Will Android still be free?

No. Moving forward, a paid subscription is required across all platforms, including Android

4. Will my price change right away?

No. Your current price is locked in until April 6, 2027 as long as your subscription remains active.

5. What plan will I be on after April 6?

You’ll automatically be moved to the Coach Standard plan.

6. Will I lose any features?

You’ll keep core features, but some advanced tools will move to Coach Pro (e.g., 3D, 4 angle multi-cam, advanced messaging options like scheduled messages and 60 minute recordings). Be sure to check our comparison graphic.

7. Can I keep using those advanced features?

Yes—by upgrading to Coach Pro.

8. Is there a discount for upgrading to Pro?

Yes. Existing paid coaches can upgrade at a discounted rate for the first year (available until April 30, 2026).

9. How do I upgrade?

Please email support@onform.com with the subject "Upgrade to PRO" and we'll contact you with a special link.

10. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you’ll be subject to the new pricing

11.Can I upgrade to Coach Pro now?

Yes! Any existing paid coach can upgrade for a special price until April 30, 2026 of $49/month or $499/year by filling out this form. The normal rate is $59/month or $599/year and includes 3D and other advanced features as shown above. The special pricing offer is valid until April 30th and allows you to upgrade at that price for one year. After the first year your pricing will be the regular $59/month or $599/year. If you are a PGA member, we will also honor your PGA pricing discount.

12. Do my students have to pay now?

No, absolutely not. Athletes do not need to pay to work with you. They still get free access to core features like unlimited recording and sharing when connected to your paid account.

If you're on Coach Pro, your athletes will get complimentary free access to 3D features, and you can turn this on or off for them.
If you're on Coach Standard, athletes in sports, such as Golf, can choose to upgrade individually for extra features (like 3D data). This does not affect anything for you as a coach. It simply gives the athletes more flexibility.

13. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can change tiers anytime but your existing subscription duration will have to be completed before the plan is downgraded. That is, if you are on a Coach Standard package Until July 20, 2026, but you downgrade on April 5th 2026, your current plan will continue until the 20th of July and will be converted to the lesser package at that time. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrading. If you upgrade, we apply the remaining pro-rated value of your subscription to your new tier.

14. Do all coaches in my academy have to have the same tier?

No, you can choose which tier each coach has in your academy. Just let us know so we can price your package accordingly. We offer compelling discounts for multi-coach academies, groups and teams.

15. As an existing paid coach, when exactly will my price increase?

Any renewal prior to April 6th, 2027 will be honored for it's full duration at our existing pricing. Thus, if you re-up your subscription on March 30, 2027 for 1 year, you won't be charged the new price until March 30, 2028!
