Safe Sport Compliance with OnForm

As coaches interact with kids, it's important that we all do our part to maintain trust and accountability. SafeSport was enacted as a set of guidelines to provide coaches effective ways of maintaining acceptable relationships with underage youth.

SafeSport policy requires that any electronic communication must include a parent/adult in the conversation. Email, text, Facebook message, WhatsApp... it's all covered as an "electronic communication".

OnForm makes it easy to include parents so that they can listen in on text and video messages sent between coach and athlete. Simply by inviting the parent to a team or individual workspace, and then using the Everyone channel will accomplish exactly this. Coach, athlete and parents will see all messages being sent.

It's important we all do our part to keep kids safe and prevent bullying, hazing and misconduct, we hope this functionality helps keep coaches compliant and gives peace of mind to parents.
